2010-03-23 > Megan and Heather with Surprise

A huge congratulations to Heather and Megan Membride who have just bought their first pony!!

It's our very own Surprise who was bred by ourselves and born here at Greenacres on 14th May 2009.

She is a beautiful bay filly foal, New Forest/Thoroughbred cross and should reach about 15hh when grown.

We are all delighted Surprise is going to be staying with us so we'll be able to see her grow and learn.

2009-04-30 > The New Forest Foals Arrived

First mare to foal is Amber or to give her her proper name Rushmoore Beechnut.

Amber gave birth to a beautiful colt foal on the last day of April. Dad is Pormore Beau which makes this baby a pure bred New Forest pony. Mum and baby both well. This cute little man has now been named Levi.

This cute little baby was born at 7am on Tuesday 5th May. Both well. Saphire's posh name is Rushmore Wish Me Luck so we have named this baby girl "Wishes" after her mum!

This is Topaz (Sprattstown Woodsmoke) with her new colt foal born early on Tuesday 12th May.

This is the third New Forest foal to be born and the first to be born outside as the weather has at last improved.

He is black with a hint of grey in his coat and looks very like his mum. This little man has now been named Magic.

Aspen (Posh name - Ashdene Aspen) had a filly foal around 4.30am on 14th May. She is the biggest foal so far and has extremely long legs.

Aspen's filly foal has now been named Surprise - on account of being ½ thoroughbred!

Ebony had a beautiful bay filly foal on 16th May. Photo to follow soon.

This is Jojo with her new colt foal born on 22nd May. This little chap has now been named Stitch.

This is Gem who was the last mare to foal. This cute little colt arrived early on 24th May. Gem's foal has now been named Shergar.
